In the city of Rossini, a symphony of flavours awaits

Besides being a legendary composer, it is said that Gioachino Rossini, one of our most illustrious citizens, was also an avid lover of great cuisine. We will try to make sure that our dishes are a symphony of flavours and colours for you, in keeping with the oldest and most noble culinary traditions from the Marche region, which will be able to please the palates of young and old alike.

Here everything is homemade, even our pasta, like they used to do in times gone by!

Breakfast, our top player

Every team has its own top player, that person that makes the difference. For us, it’s our breakfast, because beginning your day the right way is the starting point for having the best holiday in the Marche region.

On our shaded veranda, the beautiful views combine with the delights of the palate in a triumph of flavours, sweet and savoury temptations that are fresh every day, all strictly made by our pastry chef, which will be able to whet your appetite. It doesn’t finish there, as there is a veritable array of yoghurts, cereals, cheeses, cut meats, always-fresh bread and much more!
We would also like to note that we have gluten free produce available and, upon request, produce for other kinds of food intolerances.

Lunch and Dinner

For lunch and dinner our chefs offer three first and second courses every day, which have been chosen from the best traditional Marche and Italian recipes. You can choose between fresh fish from the Adriatic Sea, local meat and vegetarian dishes. To accompany all this, we have a colourful and rich buffet made up of seasonal salad, vegetables and appetisers. That’s without even mentioning the desserts buffet or the cakes and sweet options made by our pastry chef.

Special evenings also await you with exotic aperitifs, traditional dinners and gala feasts.

The right wine adds colour to the world

Our wine cellar offers a wide range of Italian and regional DOC wines: let yourself be seduced by the flavour of a good wine paired to the dish that you are savoury.

Cuisine for Children

For our littlest guests, our cooks will look after the preparation of baby food, carefully following mum’s instructions.
