Information for guests

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations can only be guaranteed with a deposit equal to the cost of the first day of your stay. This can be paid by bank transfer or by providing us with your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).

CANCELLATIONS:
Reservations can be cancelled without incurring a fee if we are notified no later than 2 days (low season) or 7 days (high season) before the arrival date. After that date the deposit will be lost.

EARLY DEPARTURE:
In case of early departure the guest is obliged to pay for their entire stay or for the three days following the date of early departure.

PAYMENT METHODS:
The account can be settled by bank transfer, in cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).

UNCONSUMED MEALS:
Unconsumed meals for half-board or full-board reservations are non-refundable. Alternatively a packed lunch is available on request.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT:
Rooms are available for guests from 14:00 on the arrival day until 10:00 on the departure day. For any other requirements arrangements can be made at reception.

WI-FI:
For those who travel with their own PC, it is possible to surf in Internet free of charge by requesting “username” and “password” at the reception.
